- Call to make sure s/he is OK.
- Deliver some can-made soup.
- Go over and sit with him/her until s/he's better.

- You leave him/her alone. If s/he really wanted to be with you, s/he would be near you now.
- Try to make him/her notice you by flirting with other people.
- Confront him/her with your feelings. Jealousy sometimes feels worse than rejection.
- You don't care. There are plenty of other hot fish in the sea.

- Confront your significant other about it, but in a nice way.
- make a fake MySpace, so you can add the ex as a friend and track his/her every move.
- Cry. It really hurts to know that your significant other liked someone besides you.
